Our Preventive Maintenance Plan is designed to keep your home in top shape while giving you the flexibility to choose the services that best suit your needs.

How It Works:

Step 1 – Initial Inspection (1 Hour):

Our Technician will perform a thorough inspection of your home to identify maintenance needs and potential issues.

Step 2 – Review and Selection:

After the inspection, the Technician will review the findings with you. You’ll select the services that best suit your needs (see below).

Choose from the following improvements to fit within your 2.5-hour maintenance window:

  • Water Heater Maintenance: Drain and flush (45 minutes)
  • Garbage Disposal Cleaning: (15 minutes)
  • Dishwasher Descaling: (15 minutes)
  • Door Adjustments: Locks, latches, and hinges (15 minutes per door)
  • Toilet Repairs: Flapper, fill valve, or handle replacement (15 minutes per toilet)
  • Fixture Supply Lines Replacement: (15 minutes per fixture)
  • Caulking: Tubs and Countertops (30 minutes)

    • Replace fridge water filter
    • Replace appliance bulbs (15 minutes)
  • Light Bulb Replacement: Up to 4 fixtures (30 minutes, height limits apply)
  • Smoke Detector Maintenance: Battery replacement (30 minutes for up to 5 detectors)
  • Window Sealing: Silicone sealing (1 hour)
  • Crawl Space Vent Adjustment: Open or close vents (15 minutes)
  • Hose Bib Protection: Add frost protector caps (10 minutes)
  • Outlet/Switch Plate Replacement: (5 minutes per plate)
  • Receptacle, Switch, or GFCI Replacement: (15 minutes per item)
  • Door Sweeps or Weather Stripping: Replacement (15 minutes each)

    • Tub or shower drain cleaning with hand snake (15minutes)

Step 3 – Maintenance Service (Up to 2.5 Hours):

The Technician will then complete the selected maintenance tasks. If part pickup is required, the time spent retrieving parts will be included in the 2.5-hour window. For example, if the technician spends 30 minutes picking up parts, 2 hours remain for repairs. It is recommended you have basic parts like air filters, switch plates, light bulbs on hand prior to your service.

Additional Services:

If additional work is needed beyond the 2.5-hour limit or if a task is not on the included list, the technician will provide an estimate. Parts and materials will be billed separately.
